September 3rd made withdrawal request for$1800.00. As of today, September 24th my withdrawal has not even been reviewed yet. I have been verified and withdrew 800.00 2 months ago. It's been 15 "business days" and they haven't done anything yet! There are no issues as far as my identity, bonuses, playthrough or anything else. I feel like I am being ripped off.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your delayed withdrawal. Do I understand correctly that your payment is still pending inside the account without being processed? Is it an internal casino system issue, or it’s related to your account only?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

Yes, the withdrawal is still pending without being processed. Yes I have completed kyc verification successfully and I have received the previous withdrawal that I requested. It took 32 days from request to deposit into my Bitcoin account. This current withdrawal is at 24 days and still in the first stage like the 1st day of the request. I start a chat with them almost every day. Same story every time. "We're sorry for the delay, our payments team is working very hard .... Blah blah blah."

today (9/27/21) I started a live chat with Cust support to ask why nothing has been started on my withdrawal and he tells me that I need to UPDATE my crypto address! I said "wouldn't I have to cancel my withdrawal to do that?" He tells me unfortunately yes, but once we have your updated crypto address we can take the next step processing your withdrawal. I told him no way! And ended the chat. WHOEVER READS THIS AND DOESN'T KNOW, THE CRYPTO ADDRESS YOU GIVE SOMEONE TO SEND YOU BITCOIN WILL NEVER EXPIRE AND WILL ALWAYS BE LIKED TO YOUR WALLET. Even if it accidentally gets Bitcoin sent to it multiple times!

So.... Planet7 customer service is now telling people to update their crypto address so that you cancel your withdrawal, send them a new address and therefore a BRAND NEW WITHDRAWAL REQUEST!

He even tried to say "rest assured, you won't have to wait another month to get approved for payment". WTF??

* Side note- Casino guru , this is the casino you gave a good review and list them as having a good reputation??

I'm not mad at you guys, but maybe you should "update" your review of them. Maybe.... Sign up with a legitimate name and info of one of you guys that they won't recognize and try to do a withdrawal, or something idk.

All I know is they are NOT COOL

Quick to take every dollar I deposit and borderline criminal when you try and withdraw some of that money back.

Unbelievable.

The good news is I did submit the request properly and approval went through on your requested withdrawal on Friday. I'm working on getting that out the door to our 3rd party for you now, I'll post an update when it leaves the casino. Shouldn't be too long now.

I did receive it on the 3rd of October. Thank you. I just wish it didn't take so long because I really liked planet7. Some of the best deposit bonuses I have found anywhere. I would have always deposited there and probably nowhere else because it's the only casino I have regularly won a nice amount of money. But to have to wait a whole month to receive my money?? I can't do that. And by taking so long to process my transaction, I deposited at least twice the amount I was waiting for at other casinos. Well one other casino mostly because I can "instantly" withdraw my money whenever I want. (Takes about 10-20 minutes to post to my account). Maybe one day planet 7 will get right and join the others that don't make it soooo hard to get your money. Anyway, thanks!
