When I have registered with this casino, I started playing Aviator on this site.


Initially they have given me all payouts but last time when I requested for withdrawal, it’s still not completed


I have requested on 31/12/2022 but till date no payment received even after eight days

Customer support keep telling me that withdrawal is delayed because of payment system and they can’t help me to get my withdrawal. As remediation there finance department have raised coupon over payment system. But this is complete Lucy I guess

I have requested withdrawal through Paytm. And it’s best payment solution provider. I guess it is not worth to connect with this site.

It would be really appreciated if casino guru help me to withdrawal

Could you please advise if your account is already verified and is yes, since when exactly? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Please note that we recommend to wait at least 14 days for your verification/withdrawal to be processed specially if it’s your first ever request.

I have already verified my account.


I have accumulated my money with real money.


On daily basis, I am taking follow up from casino customer support.


I am chatting with customer care on daily basis. Every time customer care executive chats with me and assures me that they will rectify issue in payment system And will provide earnings. However, it is really longtime.

Hello!

Sameer, as we can see, the work on your task has already been completed and the money was returned to the account balance on 01/14/2023. Now they are on your balance. Please, create a new request for withdrawal, as there was a technical difficulty with the last request on the side of the payment system, in connection with which this money was returned

Thanks to Casino Guru team to take my complaint to the Pin up Casino.


After your intervention they have take some steps. They have canceled my withdrawal request and allow me to initiate new withdrawal request.


Now I have submitted withdrawal request through IMPS. However as per chat with casino representative it might take upto 72 hours. Hope this time Pinup will process it at earliest.


Pinup team needs to work on their withdrawal and payment system strategies.


For user, withdrawal is more important than deposit.


And it seems that casino is giving important to the deposit but not worried about withdrawal.


I am really enjoying playing aviator on Pin up casino but their payment really needs improvement and transparency.
