My pin-up casino account 52160161 blocked. They are not refunding my deposit money. In this account I deposit 60000inr. This is my savings they stole my money and send this email to me:


"Greetings!

Your account has been blocked for violation of one or more clauses of the User Agreement, in particular, clause 6.3. In the event that we detect fraudulent monetary transactions on your part, including the use of stolen credit cards, any refunds or cancellations of payments, depositing funds for the purpose of exchange between payment systems, the Company reserves the right to block your Account, cancel payments made and collect any winnings.


The account cannot be unlocked.


The company decided not to return any funds due to multiple violations of the User Agreement on your part.

I'm ready to provide all documents, all transactions methods are mine . I deposit through inr ard withdrawal through usdt because sometimes withdrawal from casino bank accounts are freezed by cyber cell because they use third-party bank accounts they may have fraud money deposit by any froud client, so I withdraw through usdt,

At that time I doesn't take any screenshot now I'm unable to access my account they restricted my phone ip, now I ask to customer support of pinup , he is saying yes you can withdraw

Only my mistake is I some times I deposit through my brother's account and some time my own account but I'm ready to give all documents of both I also provide all deposit details on mail to pin-up verification team. He also verifies all transactions. I'm attaching emails here

They give me withdrawal 3 4 Times on little amounts they can refuse withdrawal that time but they are waiting for higher amount to stole . I also loose 60000 to 80000inr in casino that time they are not saying anything. Atleast please refund my deposit 60000inr amount to me this is my hardwork money this Is my last savings now I have no money I'm ready to give all necessary documents I'm not a Fraud person you can do video kyc I will show all documents

"Payments
For deposits and withdrawals, you should only use bank accounts and credit cards held in your own name. If you don't do this, you might get into trouble when trying to make a withdrawal. This rule is mostly in place to prevent credit card misuse and also because of international anti-money-laundering regulations."


Please understand that this rule has been breached. Some exceptions might be allowed by casinos when depositing or withdrawing funds using a joint card or this possibility is communicated beforehand. Technically it is very difficult to check who’s the owner of the payment method at the depositing stage. This can be checked only during the account verification, which is usually done when a withdrawal is requested. Therefore, it is a player’s responsibility to use allowed payment methods only.

If you’re not able to prove that you are a legitimate owner of the payment method and you haven’t received approval from the casino allowing you to use a third-party payment method, I’m afraid there’s not much we can do for you.

All methods for used in deposit are mine . I have all proofs, I'm ready to give proofs and every deposit bank statement, every documents but they are not ready to refund , costumer support replies copy paste answers saying your account can't unblock for violating terms and conditions they saying used stolen credit cards but I do not used any credit card while deposit, I only used bank account,




And about crypto withdrawal they allowed because I asked about it from costumer support

However, you have now written: "All methods used for deposits are mine."


Could you please clarify this inconsistency? Have you ever used any payment method that didn't belong to you to deposit funds into your casino account?

Yes I used my brother account, I have all proofs of payment but they are saying you used stolen credit card. I had not done any illigal or fraud activity. They asked for payment proofs I provided all deposit bank statement I deposit lumsum 200000 to 300000inr and I lost much in games they locked my 60000inr deposit that is not winning this is my deposit money why not they returning my deposit. Atleast refund my deposit. Why they have much rating on your platform. pin-up is fraud

6.1.2. If a bank transfer is required to return any funds to their legal owner, any transfer fees will be covered by the recipient.


Since you confirmed using your brother's card to make deposits into your casino account, we are unable to assist you with this matter.
