I went to withdrawal the balance in my account and when i selected the payout method, the balance went to zero and my money disappeared. I contacted customer support who initially acknowledged it was there but I already had a payout within the past seven days. I still haven't received that amount either! The casino agent jst keeps telling me he doesn't see the amont on his side, and only sees a 0.00 balance. No one can explain where my $344 went. The agent said I played it at 5pm but no record of me playing anything at 5pm. I sent screen shots of my account blalnce and screen shows the time and date being 2 minutes before I opened the customer support chat for help. Money has vanised ad I have no answers, no money, and was basically told " sorry. nothing on our side shows you have $344.00. I am very discouraged and feel minimalized by this. Hundreds of dollars diappear without an explanation that makes sense. Any help you can give me on this issue is greatly appreciated. I look forward to a reply.
