The player from Massachusetts had reported a prolonged waiting period of 8 months for a withdrawal which was still marked as pending on the casino's website. Additionally, the casino had not approved an extra $800 withdrawal. The player's account had been verified for a year and the winnings had been from real money. The player had communicated with the casino regularly but had only received automated responses. After the complaint had been filed, the player confirmed that the casino had paid out the winnings. We had marked the complaint as resolved.

This casino claims to have deposited a WITHDRAWL for 8 months now and it’s still in pending state on website and now they won’t approve of a 800$ WITHDRAWL I am hurt

I have been verified for a year now and this was all real money and I speak with a chat bot almost every night so the most recent would be march 31st and I am asked to verify my account with bday phone number email then put me in a queue to talk to another chat bot I’m assuming then they say they are reviewing my account but they just wait too long and the chat starts over again and that has gone on for a long time
