Hello.

i dont know why and how i found this casino but since i live in poland its a bit hard to find online casino here,i found vulkanspiele.com and deposited 100 pln. didnt play with any bonus or free spins.with my 100 pln i played and won 12k pln. i made withdrawal requests,its been 15 days already and withdrawal requests still not approved.everyday i speak with chat but they are saying same thing that they have rule if you requested money for withdrawal is 20 times more than deposits withdrawal needs over 30 days.its already so annoying whatever they are doing.

anyone have any experience with vulkanspiele?

Hello.

No i did not made any withsrawals from here before.this is first time i used this casino.


KYC is fully verified.after i requested withdrawal they emailed me asking to upload bunch of stuff.i did and kyc is verified.


i accumulate winnings all with 100 pln which i deposited. i did not used bonus they gave me.its even expired in my bonus history.

i had 3 withdrawal requests,800 pln 1000pln and 10000 pln.today i received email saying my 10000 pln request is cancelled because of technical matter which they are not saying what is meaning of that 🙂 saying i should create new request and then counting 30 days start again from the moment i create new withdrawal request. later i received email again saying 1000 pln request also is cancelled. they cancelled them due to technical problem and saying i should create new request and wait 30 days again. its a scam

yesterday they canceled my 10000 pln and 1000pln requests saying its technical issue. i text their official provider (?) v.partners on instagram and they said i should make requests of smaller amounts of money and withdraw 10000 pln like that,with small requests and they said my 3rd request which was 800 pln would be approved today and it got approved successfully! i got that money but 800 pln is only small part of 11800 pln 🙂 after that like v.partners advised i made 20 new request each 500 pln hoping they will approve them more faster and easily. chat on website saying counties of 30 days will start over and you cant imagine how mad that made me. i hope they will not make me wait another 30 days. yes most important is that they paid at least some part but it doesnt mean that they should make me wait another 30 days because they simply could not proceed 10000 pln requests at once because of some technical matter,obviously from their side


please if you did not contacted with them for now,contact them and somehow help me get that money from this people bevause its unfair and very frustrating.
