They won't let me withdraw my money, it seems like a scam.

I've been trying to verify my account for weeks, and they keep asking for more and more. I've sent absolutely everything they've requested: my ID, proof of address, even a selfie with my ID and a code they emailed me, which was the last proof I sent.

Even so, every time I try to make a withdrawal, they reject it and ask me for a new, different document.

To my surprise, I just received another email rejecting the withdrawal, asking for another selfie with my ID card in front of my face, literally showing my address!! without even explaining what they mean. It's absurd. Everything points to them looking for excuses not to pay.

I've seen tons of reviews just like mine: people who can't withdraw their money. I'm starting to think this is a complete scam. Be very careful before depositing any money here.

I don't know what to think of this casino. I registered, wagered the bonus, and received my winnings quickly. Then I deposited again, but the payment failed, even though it had already been debited from my bank account, and I haven't received a refund yet. I deposited again to test if it was my bank's fault. No, it wasn't; the deposit was credited immediately. Later, I deposited again with Instant Bank, but again, the money wasn't credited, even though I had confirmation from Instant that the deposit was successful. Two deposits weren't credited but were debited from my bank account. I sent all payments and the statement that I didn't receive a refund to support. Nobody cares, because all my emails are ignored. The live chat only gives repeated replies, saying it's under investigation. I don't believe a word of it. After my withdrawal, the slots behaved differently, as if they were being controlled. I won't deposit another cent there.

One deposit has now been credited to my account, which I had paid with instant. I paid the second one through Klarna, but to this day the money has disappeared, and they claim I canceled the payment. When I cancel a payment, it isn't debited from my bank account, but it was. So, no, I didn't.

I really want to give them a negative review because my luck here has been dreadful and their responsible gambling doesnt exist and when you ask, they dont respond.

Be very careful with this casino, or better yet, don't deal with them at all.
They rejected my documents several times and then confiscated my winnings, accusing me of fraud.
I uploaded what they asked for. I wanted to withdraw $150 and they confiscated everything.
I can't imagine what will happen if you win $1500.

I registered on the site and started playing, achieving a win of €1100; at the time of the withdrawal request they began to request, in sequence, a series of documents and with each sending of what was requested I was denied the withdrawal by adding a new request.
