I signed up at the casino they said they gave free spins without a deposit yet I asked if it was valid for Portugal they said yes then it was no longer

The casino has the full right to decide whether you are eligible for receiving it or not. This especially applies to those bonuses, which don't require a deposit in order to be activated.
