They denied my withdrawal after 10 days. I am entitled as per the terms and conditions to 100usd of that money as that was the terms of the free chip used + the 11usd I deposited via bitcoin as they forced me to make a deposit before allowing my withdrawal. (they stated the deposit would be refundable and not to worry)

No. The answer to both is no. They have yet to even get back to me in any form.


P.s. I have submitted another withdrawal through another method that is bitcoin related, but I'm not holding my breath.
