The player from Texas had been having issues with the casino's withdrawal verification process. Despite her providing an expired license and a utility bill, the casino hadn't approved the withdrawal. A renewed license, albeit temporary, was also not accepted by the casino. We had attempted to assist her and asked for all the relevant communication between her and the casino for further investigation. However, the player did not respond to our requests, hence we could not proceed with the investigation and had to reject the complaint.

I have been trying to withdraw for over a month thru wanted verification and my license was expired however they told me a bill in my name would be sufficient also so I sent that in and then they still wouldn't approve after they said it would work.....so then I got my license renewed but Texas gives you a temporary driver's license bc it takes a month for the new one to come in but in Texas the paper one is still. License but they still won't approve and when I try to reach out to them they seem so incompetent and not helpful at all I hate Pacific spins worst casino ever

Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos take KYC lightly and it might take a few working days to complete this thorough process.

Do I understand correctly that verifying your ID seems to be the only obstacle standing between you and successful verification? Have you provided any other documents to verify your account and have they all been approved?

So I gave them my selfie and my expired driver's license and a utility bill that they requested ...but they wouldn't accept my expired driver's license so I was finally able to get it renewed and Texas gives you a paper copy until the new one come in the mail which takes a month or more but when it send them the paper copy that the state issues everyone when they renew they act dumb about it and just write same response for the last month that I need a valid driver's license but I have one it just got renewed the verification people just seem really stupid
