The player from the United States had won on free spins and had been trying to have his account verified for withdrawal. Despite having received confirmation from the Banking department that the account was verified, the support team could not see this verification. The player had contacted various departments with no response. We attempted to assist the player and extended the complaint timer by 7 days. However, the player did not respond to our messages and questions. As a result, we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

I won on free spins no deposit on 10/15/23. Same day I sent in documents to get my account verified. Finally after many emails sent. I got an email from Banking department saying i was fully verified at 1:47 AM on 10/25/23. It also stated to contact the service department to assist with my withdrawal. I contacted support who says Banking has not verfied my account as far as they can see. Support says to contact Banking. Ive sent multiple emails to Banking, Support, and Management departments with no response. Ive never had so much trouble with a KYC verification process!! I just want help fixing my account.
