I have been a verified member of Ozwin for over a year now. They were always very unfair in their terms and conditions. However, after finally getting past all of their red tape, I was finally able to withdraw $350. I submitted the withdrawal over a week ago. First they told me, "Allow two days for processing." Fine, I waited 2 days. Then they tell me, "A photograph holding picture ID is requested for verification." I did that, then they tell me, "Photograph is not clear enough, resubmit." Going on almost five days later, they approve my verification. I get an email at 4:00 am this morning stating that the withdrawal has been completed, and the funds have been sent. However, I have no sign or trace of this in my crypto wallet. I finally contact them through the live chat, and they give me the address it has been sent to... which is not my address that I gave them when I filed for the withdrawal. They've now told me to wait a while and come back to revert at a later time. I have deposited a lot more than what I am trying to withdraw, and now it appears they've sent the funds to some other account. In their fine print, it also states that false payment to another or different address is non-retrievable. Funny, considering some of the other more insignificant issues I have had with them in the past regarding deposits and refunds of the deposits that did not register in my casino chips. Needless to say, I am very displeased with Ozwin by this point and really feel like I have been hustled by their finance department.

Could you please advise since when exactly is the verification process ongoing? Which documents have been already approved and which ones not? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

The issue has been resolved. They did still stick me with almost a $100 transaction fee, however I am happy to say that I have received my funds. I'm not sure if my nagging and complaining helped the process to get any faster, but I would like to thank Casino Guru as well as Ozwin Casino for everyone's professional time and care in handling the situation.
