I have requested a withdrawal on the 3rd August, this has remained at the status ‘awaking’ I have had no contact from the casino asking for any further info. I am

KYC verified. I do believe they have blocked me from contacting support chat so I have no way of asking them about the delay. The support email bounces back and the tele no does not exist.

Could you please advise since when is your account fully verified? Did you accumulate your winnings with real money or did you use a bonus? When was the last time you spoke to the casino and what was it about?

Hi, my account has been full verified for maybe about a year? I opened the account and was verified but then didn’t really use it until

more recently.


Winnings were accumulated with real money no bonus offers were used


I think the last time I spoke to then was approx 2 weeks ago regarding my withdrawal, I was questioning the process and why It would take so long etc then after that o have not been able to access support chat.


also, my spelling mistake in my original

complaint, the payment is at ‘awaiting’ status.

I received your video, thank you.

Unfortunately, we have come to a point where we are not able to move forward with this complaint. Generally, we would now try to get in touch with the casino and ask for their explanation, however, this one has 10+ cases closed as "No Reaction Policy," which clearly shows the casino is not interested in cooperating with us. 

Sadly, we are forced to close your complaint as "unresolved." This will affect the overall rating of the casino. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue, however, the decrease in rating caused by unresolved complaints could change the casino's approach. 

Regrettably, we have no other choice since it seems to be a common practice for Mr Sloty Casino to ignore us completely in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. Please check all our failed attempts to negotiate. 

We have sent numerous emails and tried to communicate with live chat representatives as well as with affiliate team members. Unfortunately, all efforts resolving any kind of issue have died as the complaints grew in numbers. We strictly recommend staying away from Mr Sloty Casino. I wish I could be of more help. 

The casino can reopen this complaint anytime.
