file I don't like this vague issues. This way they can keep your money without clear reasons. Anyway, for now they don't payout so if you are thinking about depossing money you would better look for another casino.

Dear Anna Maria,

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and sharing this information with other players. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise how many days ago you have requested your withdrawal? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal or you’re withdrawing a bigger amount of money. Casino informed you already that the delay has been cause by a technical issue and a designated team is trying to fix it. I would like to kindly ask you to keep me updated. Thank you very much in advance.

Best regards,

Petronela

Dear Anna Maria,

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account, especially if it’s your first withdrawal. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint.

Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive your delayed withdrawal. Looking forward to hearing from you.

Could you please advise which payment method you have opted for?

PS: Furthermore, I would like to kindly ask you to reply inside this existing complaint and refrain from filing new ones. Your cooperation in this matter is highly appreciated.
