The player from Hungary had made two withdrawals in USDT from Mostbet and received less money due to unfavorable exchange rates. He hadn't been adequately informed about these rates in advance and couldn't locate this information in the rules. We had clarified to the player that these fees are often charged by a third party (payment provider), and casinos have no control over transaction fees or currency exchange fees. Despite our attempts to assist, the player did not respond, thus we were unable to investigate further and had to reject the complaint.

Hello, I withdrawed from mostbet 2000 and 2500 euro in usdt and both time i got less, I talked with the support but they didnt help me, the problem is they didnt show me any sign about this bad exchange rate and other bookmakers pay honest, with good rates (maybe 1-2 dollar loss) but they gave me 30-40 euro losses and they didnt give me the information before it and I didnt found anything about this in the rules, most bookmakers show how many usdt i got for example 2000 euro, but they dont, so for this i would like to get an refund for that loss money because they dont give any information about the exchange rate or nothing

The fees like this are usually charged by a third party (payment provider), and I am afraid that there is nothing we can do. Please understand that casinos have no influence over transaction fees or currency exchange fees deducted by payment providers for processing the payment. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.
