The player from India had deposited money into his account, but the credit had not been reflected in his casino account. Despite his inquiries, the issue had been repeatedly deferred to the casino's finance department. The Complaints Team had recommended he contact his payment provider for an investigation, as the casino could not directly resolve the issue. They had also advised him not to deposit more funds until the issue was resolved. The player had been asked to provide payment proof, but failed to respond to further communications. Consequently, we had been unable to continue the investigation and the complaint was rejected.

I deposited 1000 on 29th Jan 2023. But still they are not giving credit to my account. Every time I chat they gave same answer that they submitted this matter to their finance department. I feel cheated. Just went to Mostbet due to you recommend me.. for me it's a (MOSTBET)fraud company. Not able to upload payment proof..as some error while uploading.

I would like to warn you, that if your deposit has never been credited to your casino account, the only thing you can do is to contact your payment provider. They need to investigate, but bear in mind, that it’s a lengthy process which takes approximately one month. In these cases, casino has its hands tied. Meanwhile, I would strongly recommend not to deposit any more funds until the issue is sorted.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it’s going to take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

thank you for your reply and suggestions. I have submitted all the payment proofs to Mostbet chat help. And surely will not add single penny until this case has been solved. How to submit payment PROOF here?

You can forward any relevant proof to nikolas.b@casino.guru.

Please also keep in mind that such cases may take up to a month to solve once you forward the payment confirmation to the casino as they have to locate the payment through their payment provider.
