I can't withdraw money.


Yesterday, I was able to withdraw money through SEPA (400 euros that I already got in my bank).


But this morning, after winning a bet, I tried to withdraw 1000 euros via SEPA again. My deposits were also by Bank Transfer.


It kept cancelling my withdrawals. It says "Denied by operator payment processing error".


Contacting by email, phone or chat it does not seem that i'm receiving help. But the worst part if that after a few hours, the SEPA withdrawal has disappeared. Can't even try.


There're some e-wallets but I dont have accounts or need to do it like that since I am legit trying by SEPA.


After more than 8 hours, I still can't. All what they say is if I deposit in another metod, I could be able to withdraw with that. But in order to do that I should do a big deposit and I dont think it should be necessary if they handled SEPA as they should.


I keep being told that i'll eventually be able, they have technical issues bla bla. But I find it weird and suspicious.


Writing here since I just want to get my money. Hope you can help.

Please understand, that the variety and accessibility of payment methods are not managed by the casino exclusively. Several factors, such as the Licensing Authority, geolocation, contracts with the payment providers, and bank restrictions, all have a major influence. If a payment method was available for deposits, it doesn’t mean necessarily, that it will be offered for withdrawals too, also it can be discontinued at any time. Unfortunately, casinos are sometimes powerless and limited in offering payment methods to their customers.

If you were offered alternative ways to withdraw your winnings, I would recommend depositing a minimum qualifying deposit with a new payment method so the new payment method is available for a withdrawal.

Thanks for your answer and to Casino Guru for opening my case.


I tried yesterday with a deposit through VISA but still did not see any new way to withdraw appart from what I show in the screenshot below.


But doing my research, in some cases here I read that in order to withdraw in a different way, you have to deposit a similar amount of what you want to withdraw. I'm not in that condition that I can afford to put a big amount of money without the guarantee that I'm gonna be able to withdraw it. It would be a high risky move from my end.


For what you mentioned above, I'm quite sad and I feel that megapari does not want to give me my money deliberately. I've been able to withdraw through SEPA several times. Last one, exactly hours before I tried to do my new withdrawal. Why then now to remove it directly?


I'm quite pessimistic with this case. My hope is quite low and It'll take a lot of energy to try to get my money. I've never experienced something like this and I don't recommend anyone to play in a site that will outplay with your money.

The fact is that preventive work was carried out on this payment system in the period from 10/29/2023 to 10/31/2023. For this reason, this payment system has been disabled as an option for withdrawing funds.
