I was told that I made multiple accounts but this is my first time even making an account with an online casinoI asked them to show me the duplicate account that I supposedly made and I'm assuming they just block me cuz they haven't answer me I also asked them why they didn't tell me when it first made the account that I already had another account instead they waited until I won that I couldn't cash out or that I had another account that is not true because I don't have any other account.

no i didnt they didnt ask me for none of that since i deposited bitcoin and not with a credit card.
