i withdrew the amount of winnings of £210 (profit £160 approx) on 28.6.1997


i am fully verified and they said 24-48 hours until withdrawal cleared


i am still waiting


i have been accessing live chat daily to chase my withdrawal up they keep saying 7-21 days, they said my withdrawals accepted but i need to wait


im worried i wont get my money its giving me anxiety

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Could you please advise if you have accumulated your winnings with or without an active bonus? Do I understand correctly that your withdrawal is still pending inside the account without being processed since the 28th of June 2021? Which payment method you have opted for?

It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. That’s why we advise players to be patient and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before they submit a complaint. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it. yes i submitted withdrawal request on 28.06 to go into my halifax bank account visa debit


no bonus was used to win my money either i had no active bonus


GBP of £210


im just so worried due to other reviews the casino have had about withdrawal delays 🙁

theyve cancelled my withdrawal lying saying my IBAN number "has been shared with another player" so they put my winnings back into my account


ive withdrew again using the same IBAN number so im worried they lie and cancel it again
