i submit 2 withdrawals get immidiatly a confirmation email and asking for documents
why should the system send a confirmation email if it can detect a unverified account.usual you get error you cant withdraw and request to verify account.i am sure this guys cancelled manually the payout
and due delay and stalling tactics hope you play it away wich i did unfortunatly.
i know for sure even if i did not play it away i would not get it either .if they wanted to pay they could have done it the next day as service to a new customer.
i found several complains were they use many excuses to avoid paying winnings.some platforms have blacklisted them for predatory terms .
