The casino cashier page has no way to input lower case letters for the BTC wallet address..When you copy and paste it pastes with all CAPITAL LETTERS. Same in laptop where you have physical keyboard input letters in address tab are all Capital letters with no caps on or using shift or all caps tab no matter what all capital letters and the keyboard that pops up is worse for the BTC tab it is only numeric like if you were using your phone app..So they stop even live chatting with me for a week untill today.. this payout attempt started 05/06/2024.. NO EMAILS RETURN WITH WHICH I SENT MY LICENSE AND PIECE OF GOVERNMENT MAIL ADDRESS TO ME TO IDENTIFY MY SELF.. MY DEPOSIT WAS CLEAN VIA BTC FROM MY ROBIN HOOD wallet..I have tons of pictures showing.g how the address tab inputs wrong in the Cashier page...I have tons of pics showing how they once communicated the.stop... Today now they pick up guest chat before I logged In which I tried this several times in last 8 days and usually they chat to me as guest then tell me to log in then nothing for hrs I go back and forth I got picture to correspond this too...I think today I'm scared about theft of the casino winnings and worse my picture of ID was sent to the number they gave me.. So today they told me it was working well I couldn't input the correct address as it still only pastes in ALL CAPS.. I was assured by Daniel and David to do it then was given a phone number which they said was to the Luckyowlclub casino HQ.. 5103228481 AND I did and there was getting relies from David or Daniel..ask for my address sent that again for the 12 time or so now 3rd different place so when ask for my ID and it seems weird the number is same area code in which I live...sending documentation via text red flag which I told him he said it was necessary and I believe I was foolosh im. scared now this casino which I have had not used a bonus got me for my money and maybe worse via Identity Theft and this Casino looks very very bad when researching it..


please help I don't know where to go to report them

I've sent many pics and I'm about to send another one from lucky owl that told me to give them.my wallet address again and to first remove my complaint and even post positive review before payment... I am very appalled to put it nicely blackmailing me with good review on top to get rightfully paid out from Clean first time deposit... no bonus first time customer now depositor account...if paid like they advertise they would had great advertisement from word of mouth but now even blackmail to receive payment like if this is old days in Vegas in the means make it all disappear and will work with you....I'm very upset.

Hello Kristina, well got some more messaging between myself and Daniel who told me at the end of the convo between us that he was not apart of the financing department.. So I don't understand why he would continue trying to bully or blackmail me. Telling me as soon as I drop my complaint and go write them a positive review on top of dropping the complaint that then would I receive my BTC PAYOUT! CAN U IMAGINE THE GULL OF THIS CASINO.. YOU WONDER HOW MANY OF THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS WERE BLACK MAILED BY SENDING PAYMENT I ALSO WONDER HOW MANY OPTED WITH THE BONUS THEY TRIED TO KEEP SELLING ME ON LET THEM SEND 50 TO MY ADDRESS THEN THEY WOULD DEPOSIT 50 BACK WITH A GREAT BONUS THEY WERE STILL DOING THIS YESTERDAY WHEN I HAVE TOLD THEN NO EVERYTIME I MAKE CLEAN DEPOSITS IF I HIT I WANT TO KEEP IT(PAYOUT CAPS)LET ALONE THE PLAYTHRU! I got more pics..not letting me continue to upload probably my end..went till 6 holding payment over DEMANDING MY DROPPING OF THE COMPLAINT AND THE POSITIVE REVIEW TO RECIEVE MY PAYMENT ALONG WITH HIM SELLING TAKE 59 AMD LET HIM DEPOSIT 50 BACK IN TO THE CASINO WITH A SUPPER SPECIAL BONUS WHICH I CONTINUE TO EXPLAIN I LIKE NO PAYOUT CAPS HATE PLAYTHRU SO I DO CLEAN DEPOSITS ONLY FOR YEARS NOW AND between you and I would you put your cash In a place thay outs you thru hell to collect your winnings.... not I!

hello still nothing I can't believe I actually thought about driping complain and writing them a review to get my deposit on behalf they be straight...These guys I think got a loan smart group of probably 6 to 10 and they set up the casino cause there tech savy but the money comes in and they all took the money, and embezzled it all.. trying to hope they stay on top with deposits making it possible to do payouts... please let me know what happens if they won't pay which no reason except they don't want or can't pay which is insane...

I'm Michal, and I have taken over your complaint. I have reviewed your case and just so you know, Lucky Owl Club Casino was not very cooperative with us in our attempts to mediate any kind of issue. However, I will still try to contact the casino to shed more light on the matter. Just to check, did you make the deposit via a bank card? If so, although we normally strongly advise against making chargebacks as these are considered serious term violations in most, if not all, casinos, but in the situation you are in now, I would consider this option. This seems to be the last resort to get at least your deposits back because it's pretty likely Lucky Owl Club Casino won't respond to me at all. Their demand to take your complaint down if you want your winnings is, in my opinion, far from an optimal approach.

Hello Michael no I MADE CLEAN DEPOSIT LTC $25 & change from my Robin Hood account. I tried reaching them but it has not been easy as there is only a means to faulty transactions via Robin hood debit card...so I won't be able to evem get my 25 back more than likely... they guys telling me or Daniel is his name thay they would . pay but had to drop complaint.amd.sjnmott a positive review them they will pay and He is a man of his word and promisee I wanted to.believe him but being a young 45 no way gone.uo leverage put them,on woth lies why should my.review count anywhere any data I provide let alone my word it be worthless,these guys need to be black listed from what I see I don't know.where to go LCB.org maybe but they ghost me now I can, or did once in last four days go.to support tab from Luckyowlclub.com home page as a guest and right away there is Daniel telling me to go log in once.ots me I log in and.go to live chat and write a message every few minutes for.anout 30 minutes or longer nada one.reply just waisting my time and.wont pay on a first time clean deposit account...thay is ab it as good as advertisement could be if they cash me out...No they don't.pay depositors and.it is common they do every review thays even a 3.never talks about why we even gamble and that is to win we won't be on line right now if there was not money to.gain online...let me know if there is a place I can go to start to get these guys black listed I really searched not crazy crazy deep.search but I search and I saw.nad reviews weeks months no payout and the ones who talk good must be.fakes from them. my 💭💭💭 they got a loan for bank to.finance the casino then embezzled it and probably lost it trying to make it in to something

Need to be change still had no problem depositing LTC seconds via my Robin Hood account probably a second faster with coinbase but been using Robin Hood a little cheaper. As anticipated, I have not yet received a response from Lucky Owl Club Casino. I will continue to reach out to them, as they still have time to respond. However, based on my past experiences with their lack of responsiveness, I fear a positive resolution to your complaint is rather unlikely. Sadly, without the casino cooperation, there is not much that can be done from our side.

I talk to some one approximately 4 days ago and they tried to get me to do a reversal I of coursed denied then they wanted ID mail and picture plus crypto address for third time I did that 48 hrs they said business days so today should of came but no luck. these guys are crooks from the majority of records or reviews I've seen

I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but as expected I had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to. 

I will mark the complaint as "unresolved" in our system. I understand this isn't a satisfactory solution to your issue. However, the decrease in the rating caused by unresolved complaints could help to change the casino's approach. If the casino decides to react, we will reopen the complaint and you will be notified by email. 

I can only recommend you choose casinos by their reviews and ratings in the future to avoid situations like this. I am sorry we could not be of more help on this occasion.
