So far, I’ve had a rather strange experience with LeoVegas, specifically when it comes to slots. There’s a large selection, but after a few sessions, I noticed that my results here have been noticeably worse than I expected. I deliberately went back to a few familiar games that I’d played at other casinos—I had some small wins, but my balance still dropped pretty quickly.
Obviously, a few evenings don’t prove anything, and randomness is still a factor, so I definitely won’t accuse the casino of rigging anything. Maybe I just hit a losing streak, but after several similar sessions, it’s starting to stand out.
One thing that’s annoying regardless of the game is the slot search. There are plenty of games, but there’s no decent filter by provider, so it’s sometimes easier to search for specific slots manually.
So far, my impressions are mixed. I have no complaints about the game selection, but my first few sessions were pretty uneventful. I’ll see if things change if I keep playing for a while longer.

I deposited a total of €700 at LeoVegas, hoping for an entertaining gaming experience and the promised bonus offers. Unfortunately, I was bitterly disappointed. Despite the large deposit, I didn't receive any free spins or any significant bonuses, which is completely out of line with what the website advertises.

On the first day after my verification, I was able to record a small profit, which gave me hope. But after that, things went rapidly downhill: every subsequent attempt at playing resulted in losses. The gaming behavior seems anything but random or fair to me – rather, I had the feeling that the initial "moment of luck" was deliberately followed by losses.

A transparent and fair gaming experience looks different to me. I definitely won't recommend this casino and advise everyone to do their research thoroughly before making a deposit. It was a costly lesson for me.

I used to play and have fun here, until an offer came to me, deposit 300, bet 2x the amount and receive 30FS with bet $5. And after fulfilling the requirements I was injured several times, it's been a month since the Casino didn't even respond to me and justify what happened. Terrible support. Dubious and very poor communication. I deposited 200 euros, but it never arrived in the account. My bank and the beneficiary bank have confirmed the transfer. I've been waiting for an answer from Leovegas for 6 weeks about where my money went. But there they don't think it's necessary to react at all. This is scandalous and I will be filing criminal charges. We're not talking about 10 euros here, but about 200 euros. I had to pay almost 40 euros just for tracking through my bank. Despite all the evidence and evidence that I have sent to Leovegas and despite all efforts to clarify things by Casino Guru and other intermediaries, LeoVegas has not yet responded. I was repeatedly assured in the live chat that my "matter" would be looked into, but so far absolutely nothing has happened. Apparently the management is of the opinion that they should simply "sit out" the situation. Or she is just disinterested and not interested in communicating. After all, you could prove that they have committed a criminal act. I advise everyone not to play there. But I will definitely stick with it and take legal action.
