I've wager my bonus 40 times, but when I tried to withdraw the money it's saying on the Withdraw site "Server probelm" error 400

When I contact them on Mail they says I needed to deposit 200 NOK with neteller, skrill, ecooayz because it's only way to withdraw money. I did, but now they didn't received the money and not replying anymore. So they Scammed me alot
