The player from Canada is questioning the number of personal documents which are required for the KYC verification. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Hello
I won $600.00 and submitted for a withdrawl. It was taken out of my casino account. I have not received email saying that the casino is processing it. I contacted the chat line and they said that I needed to submit all kinds of documents before I could get my payment through interact. I have received payments from other casinos before through interact and have never had any issues.
I said I am not going to give all this personal information to them. They said I had to in order to get my money. Please help with this situation. I am very upset about this and cannot believe the invasion of my privacy. thanks.
Dear Melody,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. Please understand that KYC is a very important and essential process, during which the casino makes sure that the money is sent to the rightful owner. As they don't have the luxury of being able to physically see all of the players and check their identification and documents, this is the only way gambling establishments are able to complete the verification procedures. None of the serious and licensed casinos takes KYC lightly, and I am afraid you will have to go through this process if you want to get your winnings. If you wish to receive your winnings, I’d suggest cooperating fully with the casino.
Could you please advise which documents have been requested from you?
I hope we will be able to help you to resolve this issue as soon as possible. Looking forward to hearing from you.
Best regards,
Petronela
