The player from Netherlands is dissatisfied with the casino’s RTP (Return to Player) and overall experience. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
Unfair, really unfair. Last 1100 euro, was completely scam, i have got absolutely nothing, that is not random system at all. The game is running even 100-150 spins without giving any winings and after taking few haundreds its giving you 2 cherries that worth under bet. If the game gives you a decent hand than you will surely be losing everything without taking anything. Also bonuses are fake, you deposit and opt out for bonus and after depositing money, you have no active bonuses. I can't understand how this casino is running it should be vlosed right away, is the biggest scam. First i was playing at playamo casino, also their casino, it was exactly the same system and after losing thousands without getting any withdrawal i made a complaint and they took the casino out of Netherlands playzone.
