So the complaint has been open for over two weeks because you were not able to express clearly what happened and we are the bad guys? We made every effort to help you and understand your problem yet you were uncooperative and threatened us with lawsuits multiple times in this and another complaint. At this point, it seems that you diligently tried to confuse us to make us look incompetent. Additionally, this wasted valuable time that could have been spent helping players who genuinely needed assistance and were willing to cooperate.


Furthermore, I am uncertain as to why you think we are "promoting" this casino, given that it currently has a safety index of 7.4/10, which is slightly above average. If you took the time to check our website, you would realize that we compose reviews for all online casinos, regardless of their quality. Our objective is to offer comprehensive data about each casino, enabling players to make well-informed decisions. Ultimately, it is the player's sole responsibility to choose a casino, as we do not compel anyone to create accounts anywhere. I am confident that you are well aware of this fact.
