I deposited to LTCcasino.io in the past and one day, 11/22/24, I received an email saying a $92 cash bonus had been added to my account. The only terms mentioned in the email and on their website were that I needed to wager the equivalent of 50 LTC. I met the playthrough requirement and was left with 15 LTC (about $1,400). After meeting the requirements, I reviewed their website, the email, and the bonus terms, and there were no other conditions listed for withdrawal.


When I tried to cash out the 15 LTC, my request was denied, and they only left me with $90, essentially stealing the rest. When I contacted support via live chat, the representative was rude and told me, "Just because it doesn’t say there is a maximum cashout doesn’t mean there isn’t one." I’ve reached out to support multiple times since, only to get nowhere. Most recently, I asked to speak with a manager, but the employee outright denied my request.

While we believe casinos have the right to set the maximum cashout limit for their bonuses, we also believe that this information must be provided to players either in the promotional email or via the Bonus T&Cs.
