I have been waiting for my payout that I requested on and after 02-april-2021, I have not received my payout in my bank account, I have tried reaching lottoland support multiple times, they are just asking for bank account statement and doing nothing, I reached out to them first submitted bank statement, after week of non responding I again emailed them back, they again asked for bank statement, they are doing nothing.

I have been old user of lottoland.asia, I had made many successful withdrawal from it, this is 2nd time I am facing this kind of issue, first time it was long ago, There was some payment processor error and they credited my funds back to my account, but this time they are not responding well. I will also email you guys communication email screenshot from lottoland.
