I am very frustrated with waiting for my account to be verified I've sent in the required documents 5 days ago. I've contacted both online/live and email customer service and they keep telling me the same thing, that it will take up to 5 days, and I'll get an email.


It was a no deposit bonus. I did my part, played the required slot, played the required playthrough.

It is time for them to do their part.

Hi, the issue has been resolved. My account was verified today and I was able to withdraw. There was 1 minor annoyance. I made the withdrawal request which was denied because since it was a non deposit bonus I needed to deposit $10. That was fine, just wished that mentioned before in the various emails and live chats.
