The player from Ireland has been accused of opening multiple accounts. His winnings have been confiscated and the account will be blocked. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.

When I signed up I read and followed these terms and conditions and in the email below a new condition as been added that I could not have been aware. There is no mention of device, IP or browser in the original terms and conditions. It is possible that my friends have used my internet in my house, but I do not have more than one account. Therefore, I am entitled to a payout according to the terms and conditions that applied at the time I made my account. Ante

Please allow me to ask you a few questions, so I can understand the whole situation completely. Could you please advise if you or your friend have ever redeemed any promotional offer? My account is also since today blocked I cannot even login or communicate with them I have transcripts from several support agents from their side, they totally ignore my case just repating their decision is final.

Also most of 530€ money(90%)that I had was made in last 4 days when I am 100% sure that nobody visited my house at all

I deposited 10 euro, but after I won that amount already. My friend didnt receive any email about his account having any issues.
