The player from Australia deposited two separate transactions of $100 each, which were not registered. The funds have not been refunded and the account was subsequently closed. The player confirmed the funds were returned to him after he contacted his bank. We clsoed the complaint as resolved.

Deposited two seperate $100 transactions that never went in.. Said it would be returned to my account but never received the funds then my account was cancelled 😡

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. If your deposits have never been credited to your casino account, the only thing I would recommend is contacting your payment provider. They need to investigate but bear in mind that it’s a complicated process that might take approximately one month. In these cases, the casino usually has its hands tied.

If the money got lost during the transaction, it will take some time before it’ll be credited to your casino account.

Could you please advise if there was any withdrawable balance on your casino account?

What was the reason your casino account was closed?

There was no withdrawable balance on my casino account, but showed up in transactions history as refused or failed or something.. then when i kept asking hiw long till i will receive the funds back in my bank account they jjst said they are working on it and said contact them in 48hrs if not received.. Been a week now and i cant get a straight answer so i said i was going to take the matter further and contact authorities.. Shortly after i tried logging in to check again and couldnt sign in, they informed me that the desicion was managers discretion to suspend my account and out of there control. And to be patient on waiting for my money

Kindly contact your bank in order to inquire about the failed transactions, and let me know about the result.

It may take some time for the funds to be located and refunded to your bank account. I will set the timer for an additional 21 days to allow them one full month for your funds to return. If there’s no development by then, we will intervene. Let’s stay positive and hope for some good news regarding your deposited funds. Thank you in advance for your patience and understanding.

Casino has finally processed refund, i feel this was due to this post and me contacting the bank. This was still a big hastle to get this though and it should not have taken this long or for all the effort i had to put in to get what was legally my money, I thank you for your assistance as its greatly appreciated, but.. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS CASINO TO ANYBODY NOR WILL I EVER TRUST ANOTHER OLINE PLATFORM AGAIN !
