I had to investigate as well as get the finance team involved to see where the issue was.
There was an error in the payment that saw the player being paid $1000 instead of the full $2500, which the finance team has now rectified.
The finance team has manually paid the $1500 into the player's bank account, which should reflect in the next 5 to 7 working days.
