The player struggles to withdraw his winnings due the casino's withdrawal limits. The complaint was closed as the player stopped responding.
Hello, my dears,
I hope that someone is reading this and can help me.
So this:
I'm registered at some Dama Casinos and have lost over €50,000 in the last few weeks, but I can't complain about the casino here because I've had big wins several times which I've gambled away again. I was very lucky last week and won almost €100,000 at Joo Casino. I immediately set myself a limit so I can't get my winnings. Now to my problem: Unfortunately, Joo Casino has a withdrawal limit of 15,000 per month, so the withdrawal would take over half a year, which is really a very long time. Now I asked the VIP manager if you as a VIP player can't make an exception? She wanted to discuss this with the general manager and give me some feedback. Today I got the said feedback with the following offer:
If I had 50,000 split points, I would be paid an additional €10,000, the only problem is that in order to reach 50,000 points, you have to have a turnover of €1 million (no kidding), I hope that someone here has good contacts with the casino and can help me to get my winnings paid out in full to get. I hope you can understand that after so many losses you want to have the profit directly
Hello salarghiassi,
Thank you very much for submitting your complaint and I'm really sorry to hear about your issue with Joo Casino. Please allow me to ask you a few more question before we would move forward.
When was the last time you received a payout from the casino? Did you already receive a part of your winnings? Were they generated with real money or bonus money? Was the amount won by a jackpot?
Looking forward to your answer.
Regards,
Nick
Hello,
thanks for the fast respond.
I have been paid out €10,000 so far and about €85,000 are still outstanding.
the amount was won without a bonus on normal slots and I didn't win a jackpot.
Thanks for your help
Hello salarghiassi,
As long as it was not a jackpot which should be paid out instantly, there isn't really a possibility to withdraw more than the casino's limit. Of course they could increase it but it is purely on their goodwill. I can fully understand that it might be a long period to receive all of your winnings but as long as they are paying you out, there isn't much we can do.
