The player's withdrawal is delayed for over a month. The case was rejected because the player claimed the same bonuses as her daughter and played from the same household. That caused breach of bonus T&Cs and gaining unfair advantage against the casino system.

Have deposited here 10 to 15 times. 10, 15, 20,25, I liked it because you didn't have deposit a large amount. Never hit until recently they sent free spins to my email. I have been completely verified drivers license, selfie holding ID, current utility bill, they even made me talk to them for verification process supposedly. I have a $100.00 pending withdrawal for almost a month now. I tried chatting them the last few days, and I go and now it says my account is locked. They do not respond to chat, or emails. I can't believe instead of paying out a paying customer they lock my account. Please help me! I have probably put way more than a few hundred dollars in here. I finally got lucky, and they shouldn't be able to just lock me out and ignore me.

They have still locked me out because supposedly an ex spouse . Has an account. We do not live in the same house. Let alone same city, have been divorced over ten years have offered divorce decree, title to my home that is solely titled to me. It is crap, they literally was looking for any reason not to pay out. I am a paying customer and it does say same household. Not if you know someone else who gambles.

We believe that if the user himself owns only 1 account, the casino should allow multiple accounts from the same household as long as everyone plays with their own details and funds. If the 2 accounts you have have different details, the casino shouldn't close it without looking properly into the case. That would be so helpful. I have been divorced for over 10 years we just have same last names. We don't even talk. I reached out to my daughter in law and told her what happened and she sent me his stuff which I also forwarded to jackspay. She also informed me that he just played a few times and he said he has never played there again.

I asked jackspay to unblock my account that this is unfair treatment to a customer that has deposited more than a few hundred dollars. I did not break any rules. They just don't want to pay because I finally won after more than 20 attempts. Horrible treatment to people. This is not how a paying customer should be treated. They have not responded since may 29 and I have I mailed several times.

Hey there, the players account was closed due to having more than 1 account per household opened. As per our terms and conditions, its one account per household. We are not paying the player due to violation of terms.


She also confirmed that the person is her ex husband. Regardless of their connection, we do not allow more than 1 person in the same household/ IP address to use our bonuses for the financial benefit of the player.


How would we know about her ex husband if there wasn't more than 1 account opened in the household.


We can send attached images and Exhibits showing this.

I do believe that I still did not violate terms unbeknownst to me that my child took kindle to

Visit at sister's and was used there. I have since set up security on kindle that blocks anything over the age of 18 to require password. I have in fact made several separate deposits to this casino and have provided proof through my daughter in law that he does does not live in my home. It does say in terms and conditions same household. I was not aware there was even any contact between my ex-husband and children until this happened as violation of divorce decree. I am a paying customer and they are 100% just not wanting to pay and this is it clearly.

Hello, email has been sent showing Exhibits that reflect another account was opened in the same household as we use ip trackers. The last names match and she has confirmed it is her ex husband. Regardless if they live in the same household anymore, in our terms and conditions, it states.

So I went through hell to get my daughter in law to get ex husband s info to prove does not live under same address or I'm same household. I have made many deposits and Jack's pay didn't mind keeping all the deposits. I personally have read the terms and does not live with me and has not in more than 10 years. Your casino took my money just fine. And everyone should know it. You just don't pay winnings to winners. End of story.
