The player from the United Kingdom requested a withdrawal 2 weeks ago, and it’s been pending since. The live chat support claims they are working on this issue. The complaint was successfully resolved.
I have been waiting for over 2 weeks for my withdrawal , every time I go onto live chat they say they relevant team are working on it’ they have been saying that for over a week and still no update. I am absolutely fed up with them as they are not communicating with me.
