It’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. Assuming that you have completed KYC verification successfully and had your withdrawal approved, I truly believe it’s only a matter of time before you’ll receive it.

It can not be my account I have even completed KYC verification since day 1. I have sent 4 times request and all times have been autorejected of which the last time I waited 7 days only to be autorejected again. I feel very frustrated because a withdrawal should not take 1 month.

All the requests have been approved by the Casino on15.02.2022 07:31:57 (UTC) which is strictly within the T&Cs of the Casino.
Unfortunately, we can see a delay that is caused by the payment provider's side and end-users' banks.
