He had complied with all requirements including making a deposit and sending necessary documents, but he could not access his account afterwards. The player also accused the casino of not complying with GDPR regulations regarding personal data. I earned a small amount of money by claiming their no deposit bonus. Wagered it out and tried to withdraw.

The live chat told me i had to make a small deposit first to be able to withdraw. I did the deposit. had to wager it 2x again.

Then they told me to fill the KYC, which i did. I sent them my id, my drivers licence, proof of residence, photos of me holding my documents, everything.

They told me i just had to wait.

Now i tried to check the status of my account and withdrawal.

I can't login, it says i was blocked, lol.

I didn't do anything wrong, they took my documents from me.


if i don't get the amount withdrawn to the USDT TRX wallet i provided, 100% i will be charging back the deposit via my bank, and i will press charges against my documents being stolen online.

All the documents have been approved: my ID, credit card, proof of address, bank statement, picture of me holding the id and the credit card.


After they had all my documents in high resolution as requested, they BLOCKED my account out of nowhere.


Now that are asking for a bus ticket picture, and I don't even circulate by bus lol. It's the first time in my life any company asked for something like this. And if this isn't a major red flag, I don't know what is.


They are also asking proof that I own a card, which is a virtual credit card generated by my bank app, and I didn't even make a deposit with it, lol.


I tried asking them to delete my documents, refund the deposit that they made me do in order to withdraw, but they refuse to cooperate. Which by law is a crime. The GRPD says that a company is obliged to delete my personal data whenever I request. Also, I have the right to get my money back since I did not spend it on anything.


They refuse my requests because of "site rules", which they think are above the law.


The safety index rating that casino guru shows for ice casino.com is totally misleading.

You blocked my account and are making my life hell as a player/customer.

You are making it look like you are not collecting player's personal data and scamming 10€ deposits when you know you won't let them withdraw.

Hello baronix,

The casino's request it completely normal. If you did have gameplay from Germany, you should be able to prove it otherwise they can accuse you of using a VPN which is against the casino terms.

Please be sure to provide them the requested evidence as soon as possible and let us know the outcome.

Hi Nick, so if I don't travel by bus, you consider it normal that they ACCUSE me of breaking the rules that "allow" them to steal my money?


Do you really think that is normal, or are you taking sides? lol


Also, do you think that they are so above the law that they can keep my personal documents after I request their deletion?


Also, do you think that it is fair that they make do a deposit, and keep it? Since I didn't spend it on anything, and didn't break any rule.


Lastly, do you think this is a good way to treat a customer/player?

Hello baronix,

The casino's request is completely normal and if you've really traveled to Germany, you must have an evidence of it and it should not be a problem to provide it to the casino.

Please let us know if you can provide such proof otherwise there is nothing else that could we do and we will be forced to reject the complaint.
