Won money from free spins, went through playthrough amount and decided to cashout on $325, only to find out the max was $100, identification verification prolopcess began and went rather smoothly, received email stating identification verification was approved and could proceed with cashout, received another email from a cashier stating I needed to deposit an additional $20 in BTC to complete the final step in verification of identification or payment would not process, I'm still waiting to be paid

I won money from the sign-up bonus, and today was the last time I spoke to them, the verification approval was completed on Monday according to the email but had one more step, what's irritating is they are asking for $20 in BTC to finish the very last step, BTC is not traceable and is not linked to my identity whatsoever (and is why people who use BTC use it), so how is that even a step in the verification process, the email stated that my very was complete and was approved for payout pending the deposit, it doesn't make any since that I have to pay to receive any of my winnings

It is a completely common request from any online casino to deposit in order to withdraw to provide a valid payment method which is used by you. Unless you do the requested steps, you probably won't be able to withdraw your money.
