The player from Isle of Man had submitted a withdrawal request less than two weeks before contacting us. Winnings hadn't been obtained up to that day. The player had been advised to wait for 14 days for the withdrawal to process, as this delay might have been due to unfinished KYC verification or high volume of withdrawal requests. The player had confirmed he had been KYC verified as per the casino's terms, and had previously made successful withdrawals. After our intervention, the player informed us that he had received his winnings and requested the complaint to be closed. We had marked the complaint as resolved.

So having used this site before i had no problem withdrawing my money after being fully verfied as thats the only way too withdraw from heybets.


So i got another win and then trying to withdraw my transactions are now pending for nearly a week.


But we tested it with my friend and he did a withdrawal instantly for nearly the same amount and it was instant ?. Its really weird and im needing help or for this casino to sort it out .

However, please bear in mind that it’s quite usual for withdrawals to take a couple of days or even weeks to get fully processed. This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
That’s why we advise players to be patient, cooperate fully with casino, and wait at least 14 days after requesting their withdrawals before submitting a complaint.

If your account has been successfully verified, your game history checked, your withdrawal approved by the casino, and you still haven't received your winnings by 14 days since requesting the withdrawal, we will intervene and do our best to help you.

Many thanks i will wait for 14 days,But i have to have been KYC verified as the terms on there website state that "When a user makes an aggregate lifetime total of deposits exceeding EUR 2000 or requests a withdrawal of any amount inside the heybets.io Platform, then it is compulsory for them to perform a full KYC process."


As this screenshot shows i have withdrawn already before file.
