Hi there.


I'm having very bad communication with this casino they are no responding to me via emails or live chat for over a week now, I made an account & deposited $35.18 on the 01/02/2024 and Lost, I then returned to the casino on the 25/03/2024 and made another deposit of $19.01 with a bonus, I wagered the bonus and stuck withing the terms of the bonus. Upon winning I made a withdrawal off $100 to my ltc wallet and received it instanly, once I tried to withdraw the rest it has been unconfirmed since. I've tired to reach live chat for over a week without success multipul times throughout the day no response no kyc request no explanation, I'm hoping they can shed some light on the issue here. Thank you

This means that it may take some time before your money appears in your account. This delay may be caused by unfinished KYC verification or a high volume of withdrawal requests.
