I would strongly recommend reading all the T&Cs carefully before you start playing to avoid any misunderstandings in the future. Casinos try to design their bonuses to be as attractive as possible, but the rules must always be followed. No deposit bonuses have rules that are often even more strict, so pay close attention to the rules when redeeming any free bonus. Since no deposit bonuses don't involve risking your own funds, we accept such rules as fair.


Do I understand correctly your winnings were achieved using a free bonus that followed another free bonus?

6th of Nov they said I used two ... Then my winnings are from the bonus I used on the 8th of Nov but they are all different bonus codes that they emailed me so how's that become consecutively? Consecutively means following each other continuously

If you haven't deposited in between the two no-deposit bonuses, the casino will consider rules breached. The casino will often look at situations when you claim no-deposit bonuses, make deposits without claiming a deposit bonus, and make deposits while claiming deposit bonuses as consecutive events. The time elapsed between events doesn't play a role. Thanks for your understanding.


Some casinos might allow you to claim more than 1 no-deposit bonus consecutively, but often the number of no-deposit bonuses you can claim consecutively is limited. Such an approach is very common in many casinos. I hope this helps shed some light on the situation.
