The player from the US tried to withdraw winnings accumulated with free spins, but the casino confiscated them. The complaint was rejected because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
I won 1600 on a 20 spin bonus. I was going to withdraw the 100$ cap. It was going great. Approved by management. But made mistake of asking chat a question and she said it was void because I made it with free spins. Arrrg she wiped all money away. Heap o wins casino.

All but 63 cents. The manager had approved the whole thing too. I would have been happy with the 100$ cap.
