The player from the United States was accused of claiming multiple free bonuses in a row. After a closer examination, we ended up rejecting this complaint as the casino has provided proof of claiming multiple free bonuses in a row.
I used a no deposit free bonus code and played through the amount I was required. When I tried to withdrawal customer service told me I couldn’t withdrawal because I used multiple free bonus code which I haven’t!!!

Players cannot redeem multiple free bonuses consecutively. If you have redeemed one No Deposit Bonus and are subsequently offered another one, a real-money deposit needs to have been made in the interim for you to be eligible to withdraw the second No Deposit Bonus.
Which casino bonuses have you claimed? Do you have access to your bonus history? Which bonus was your win from?

That’s all i can find that shows anything about the bonus. It’s not in my redeem bonuses section as an active bonus.
The terms and conditions are the same did that bonus as they are on the web site
