The player from the UK requested a withdrawal more than 2 months ago, but he still hasn’t received his winnings. The complaint was resolved as the player received his winnings.
I Withdrew £300 on the 17/09/2020 which took three days to process but I’m still yet to receive, every time I try to contact them they respond and just say "We would like to inform you that you will receive your withdrawal as soon as possible." And now I haven’t had a response to my last two emails.

Yes I verified my ID before I attempted to withdraw, but no I haven’t tried to withdraw with these before. I had an email from them today saying,

You will always be paid any money owed in full as per the terms and conditions state. We are an experienced team and make thousands of payments a day
