I am trying to make a withdrawal with company but they won't communicate. I submit for withdrawal and they cancel it for lacking / wrong data. They say someone from the withdrawl will reach out but they never do. Casino is a bunch of scam artists.

I have not made a withdraw from company before.
The company states someone from the deposit team will reach out and they will gather documents. Noone ever reaches out from deposit team and they just cancel my withdrawl with no explanation.
