The player’s complaining that player protection tools aren’t working properly and he was able to deposit more than the limit he set. We rejected the complaint because the player didn't respond to our messages and questions.
So I have made deposits on this casino and I also have ENTERED a limit for deposits. I have 100€ per month and the casino still kept letting me deposit more than that. I have proof that the limit was active withing the given time limit and that the value exceeded allowed limit. They are lying in the chat and they are a completely disaster to solve problems. They brake their own T&C with this is I would have won they should never have payed me and therefor I kindly ask that they return my money to my e wallet.

Could you please specify, when exactly you set the deposit limit? Because I see that expiry date and the date of deactivation are different.
