The player from Bulgaria accumulated winnings with a No Deposit bonus. The casino decided to cancel his winnings because he activated more than one free bonus in a row. We were forced to reject the complaint because the casino acted in compliance with the bonus T&Cs.

Hello! yesterday i won the jackpot at grande vegas casino which i won by cashing out points that turn into real money they were around $ 1.80 the jackpot was $ 400 after asking at the casino they told me it was won through their bonus and then I was told that only $ 180 could be paid to me according to the rules of the bonus. I agreed, but today they refuse to pay me because according to them I used more than two bonus codes without a deposit, and I have deposits, just their system offers me a bonus without a deposit and I just played. And again, I won the $ 400 jackpot with silver points. Needless to say, the casinos cheat and make up lies and never want to pay and zero my money now they don't want to pay and this is a jackpot .... Please help me because only you trust me and only you I hope! I am sending you photos.

Thank you very much for submitting your complaint. I’m sorry to hear about your problem. Please understand, that redeeming more than one free chip bonus in a row is prohibited in most casinos. I checked the T&Cs  and I found this:

"23. Customers cannot redeem multiple free bonuses/free spins offer consecutively: When a customer uses two or more free bonuses without making a real money deposit in between, management reserves the right to void any bonuses and winnings."

Unfortunately, if you didn't make any deposits between the two No Deposit bonuses, there is not much more we could do for you.

hello and thanks for the reply! I redeemed bonus codes because I had been offered by the casino for previous deposits. I want to add that my winnings are from an amount that was automatically converted into my real money, which was about $ 0.60 coins, and I played and won the jackpot with them. Here we are talking about the Jackpot, their system decides to give me the jackpot. in what normal casino do they allow such nonsense? if I haven't earned a bonus why do they give me a front deposit? why do they give me a jackpot? I think I deserve a consolation prize. we must fight for what we deserve. they make fun of us.

Thank you for your emails. I apologize, but the casino has the full right to confiscate your winnings if you activated more than one free chip in a row. In this case, it was even more than that.

I agree that ideally, the coupon should be denied if you are not eligible for it. However, the vast majority of casinos that allow players to claim bonuses by using a promo code are not able to enforce this on a software level, therefore, all of them prohibit such action by their bonus T&Cs.

Sadly, the only thing I can do for you at this point is to recommend that you read the bonus T&Cs thoroughly before you activate any bonus, and always make at least one raw deposit in between two free chips or free spin bonuses. We would really like to help, but it is impossible for us this time.

Unfortunately, after gathering all the necessary information we are rejecting this complaint as unjustified. Sorry we were not able to help you with this one, but please, do not hesitate to contact us in the future, if you run into any issues with this or any other casino and we will try our best to help.
