I withdrew 600 euros 2 weeks ago snd it’s still on my balance ! I was told I’d get it before the weekend it’s Friday evening and nothing ! Hi I’ve been playing at this casino since 2023 and yes it’s been 14 days since I withdrew as they cancelled my withdrawal for no reason and I had to withdraw again ! Dear Jennings83, I have tried to contact the casino repeatedly but had no success. I'm afraid there is not much that can be achieved without cooperation from its side. Since the casino operates without a valid license and doesn't refer to any ADR service, there is no gaming authority to turn to.
