I withdrew 600 euros 2 weeks ago snd it’s still on my balance ! I was told I’d get it before the weekend it’s Friday evening and nothing ! There t&c states 60 minutes to 24 hours to process withdrawal I’ve waited 2 weeks and when I ask why it’s late they say they don’t have that information ! I’ve sent abt 5 emails and no reply , I’ve been a player here since 2023
