i had a bonus offer to play $150 free no deposit. I had won on that bonus. I went through all the steps of verification of my I.D. and verified my account. Then went through the steps of putting in all my information to my Bank Account. I have been patiently waiting on my withdrawal for about a week now. The withdrawal said it had been completed. Then when I spoke with customer service from the casino to check on my withdrawal, they told me because of the finance company cancelled my withdrawal because I used to many bonuses. Which is a lie. I used one bonus offer that i won on and i am claiming. They just don't want to pay me what i won on the game. Which is $4,850.00. I'm am so upset over this because I took time out of my day to play through what was required to play in order to withdraw any winnings.
