Did you use bonus to accumulate your winnings and if yes, what exact bonus was it? Is your account already verified and was this your first withdrawal request?
Please note that if you really did bet over the maximum allowed, we won't be able to do anything as it is considered as a breach of casino terms.
We would like to see the casinos to implement a system which would prevent to bet over the maximum allowed but unfortunately that is not an industry standard yet.
